Salary: £23,715 - £24,259 per annum pro rata of £26,707 - £27,319 per annum – SS2
Job type: Permanent, 22.5 hours per week over 40 weeks per year

The Role:
UCB’s highly experienced Disability and Neurodiversity Support team is expanding during an exciting period of growth, including the development of world-class facilities and we are looking to recruit a SEND Intervention Assistant to join the team.
Working closely with curriculum and support teams, you will identify EHCP learners in need of intervention and deliver structured one-to-one and small group support that will promote academic progress, independence and emotional wellbeing. You will play a key role in monitoring progress and will contribute to EHCP reviews.
You will be a proactive and committed individual with experience of supporting learners with SEND and delivering interventions, and who can communicate effectively, organise tailored support, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
